Maude L. Franceschina is the  President of Frederick County Conservative Club. Maude builds on a strong foundation. Under Fred Propheter’s leadership, the club became a meaningful force in Frederick County — connecting neighbors, supporting candidates, and championing the principles of limited government, fiscal responsibility, and community accountability. Maude carries that work forward with a clear focus: making the club a home for anyone who believes in honest, effective local governance. Through events, advocacy, and grassroots engagement, FCCC will continue to be a place where Frederick County residents come together to shape their community’s future.

Kira S. Wynne

Kira Wynne serves as the Digital and Design Creator and Marketing Manager for the Frederick County Conservative Club, bringing more than two decades of experience in graphic design, web development, and strategic communications. She oversees the club’s digital presence, branding, and outreach, ensuring that every message is clear, consistent, and visually engaging. Her work supports the club’s mission by helping members stay informed, connected, and involved through accessible, well‑designed online content.
